The interior design approved by the customer and products are forwarded to designers to design and generate drawings for each item to be installed in pharmacy; this work involves using special computer programs. The drawings developed are transferred to the manufacturing plant located in Pirogovo town of Mytischi district to start manufacturing pharmacy furniture. The pharmacy furniture and other pharmacy equipment is produced using high-tech production line featuring multi-functional instruments that enable manufacturing parts with the ultimate precision against design drawings to be followed by product assembly. Only certified materials are used to manufacture pharmacy equipment and furniture; they involve: high-quality laminated chipboard (LCB) of different colors, MDF, plastic, glass and fittings manufactured in Europe. To manufacture glass items a separate line is used with machines capable of glass cutting, polishing, grinding and drilling holes required for assembly. The company guarantees a high quality of products for pharmacies that is ensured through orchestrated work of qualified company experts. Finished parts products for pharmacies undergo an obligatory provisional post-manufacture assembly. It is during this provisional post-manufacture assembly that the final quality checking the assembly parts takes place. After checking the batch is put together and packaged for delivery to the customer’s facilities.
The quality of the pharmacy furniture and equipment manufactured using own industrial base of « Niko-Mebel» is guaranteed through permanent supervision by engineering staff at each production stage.
